MoMA Now

Commemorating the 90th anniversary of the Museum of Modern Art's reopening in October 2019 after a substantial renovation and expansion. This large-format hardcover, an enhanced edition of MoMA Highlights, provides a chronological overview of art spanning 150 years, drawing from the museum's extensive collection of nearly 200,000 objects.

From a photograph circa 1867 to a 2017 Oscar-nominated documentary film, the book showcases iconic works by artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Frida Kahlo, and Andy Warhol, alongside lesser-known yet equally compelling pieces from various cultures. With 170 additional works, including more representation of women and artists of color, MoMA Now reflects the diversity and richness of the museum's collection while offering new perspectives on its treasures.
